45 weeks old

Here are some pics from Emily's mini photo shoot today. She is 45 weeks old, that's 10 months, 11 days old to be exact.

Her top tooth is coming down but you can't see it just yet.

I've enjoyed taking her picture outside these past few weeks.

I'll move away from the utility devices next time, promise!

Emily's new dress

I ventured out this month and made a dress for Emily. I'm in a sewing club on Tuesday nights and we're having a ball! Here are some pictures of Emily, modeling her new dress.

She even modeled the matching bloomers for me!

This was my first real attempt at sewing (you may remember the failed attempt at a dress and the burp cloths). I think it turned out pretty cute! We'll be sporting it to church this Sunday for all to ooh-and-aah- over.

Emily and I had a little photoshoot in the back yard yesterday. She is so big!!

What a cutie!

44 weeks

Emily turned 44 weeks yesterday. Her top tooth has broken through and is on its way down.
We had a little photo shoot outside this morning. The weather was cool and it was perfect! She's a doll!

She crawled back and forth across the back porch a dozen times so I could get her picture.

I'll post some more tomorrow. I took a lot and lots were good (which is a first!)

We have a 10 month old!

Today is Emily's 10month birthday (is that even a thing??)!

She is so sweet and funny. 

She got promoted on Sunday from the baby room to the crawler's room at church (I cried).

She learned to clap this week.

And loves to clap all the time!

She pulls up on everything, including my hair (which is what she is doing right now).

Happy 10 months, Angel! Only 60 more days and you'll be 1 (and I'll be having a heart attack that this year has gone by so fast!)!

 I love waking up to a happy baby.

I'm trying to teach her to clap. So she was clapping against her crib rail this morning.
