Emily loves her swing set. She asks to "weeng" (swing) and "sli" (slide) all the time.

She's actually eyeing the kiddie pool in the backyard- wanting to "sli" in the "wa-wa!"

20 months old
Sweet girl is getting closer and closer to being 2 years old. For now, she's only 20 months, and has the greatest personality. She laughs all the time, and just started covering her mouth with her hand when she does. It is too cute. She also is repeating everything we say - and for the most part it sounds like what it should!

Mud Island
I'm trying to find a time to take some 20 month pictures, but until then...phone pics will have to do.
Matt took Emily to Mud Island (downtown Memphis) today to collect some driftwood left after the huge flood a few weeks ago.
Here she is, posing (I think) by the Mississippi River.

You can see Matt's wood there on the left. It is really pretty stuff. Who knew a dirty river could make something beautiful.
I've also started using Instagram on my phone. Here's a pic of Emily from this week.

Nana & Granddaddy
