31 weeks

I don't ever get tired of taking these weekly pictures. I love to see how much she changes, and what silly faces she will make. The one thing that has been consistent...drool on her chin.

Emily's 5th Birthday Party

I missed posting pictures of Emily's birthday party back in October.

30 Weeks

30 Weeks came and went last Thursday. Since it's close to Christmas, I put baby girl by the tree.

 I think she wanted to unwrap all the presents.

Pearls Are A Girl's Best Friend! {7 months}

You guys know I like to compare my kiddos' pictures.... so I took these when Kara was 7 months old...

and decided to try the same with Ashley. 

Ashley has 2 bottom teeth, takes 2 naps everyday, sleeps about 7 hours at night before waking, had her first slumber party with her sisters at the grandparents (while Matt and I went to see GARTH BROOKS in concert!), is eating more baby food (but still won't touch rice cereal), loves to be held and has the greatest grin!

29 Weeks

This sweet girl has left 6 months in the dust behind her and is cruising right on her way to 7 months. 

 She has her first 2 teeth- they appeared the morning after Thanksgiving.

 She is sitting up really well, still toppling after a few minutes.

 She's sleeping a little better at night, giving us anywhere from 5-9 hour stretches. We let her cry it out almost every night during one of her wakings (she usually wakes twice), and then feed her the other.

She's just the happiest baby. Took her to see some friends at church today and they all commented on how happy and smiley she is. 

I've been letting her suck baby food out of the pouch it comes in and she does really well with that. Her liking of a spoon hasn't returned, but I'm sure it will soon enough.

Arkansas Thanksgiving

We spent our Thanksgiving in Arkansas with Matt's family. We had a great time!

 Ashley had her first major holiday- and celebrated by waking up with her 2 bottom teeth!

 Aunt Christy gave the girls each a mouth full of Ready Whip...

 Before we left Saturday morning, I handed the camera over to Emily so that I could be in at least one shot...to prove I was there.... so this is me and my SIL Christy.
