Looking Back to Easter

I missed posting Easter pics this year. 

I didn't take any pics of us in our Easter attire because they were the same clothes we wore in our Maternity shoot. (here's a sample- more at lanarobison.com)

But here are a few of Sunday's egg hunts in the yard with the grandparents.

Ashley- 2 Weeks Old

Baby girl is 2 weeks old today. 

 At her first visit to the doctor yesterday, she measured 8 lbs 14oz (75%) and 21.25" long (90%).

 The doctor says she looks like her Daddy.

Big Sister Kara

Kara is a big sister! She is 27 months old, and so fun!

 I know everyone thinks their kids are the cutest, but seriously, our girls are way too adorable!

 She is loud, animated, and full of smiles.

 She ends every phrase she says on a higher pitch than where she started....

She is a wonderful big sister!!!

1 Week Old

We made it! One whole week as a family of 5!

She's sleeps most of the day, and then at night (for the most part), sleeps 3 hours, wakes to eat and poop, and back to sleep easily.

 And in celebration of being 1 week old, Ashley got her first bath. 

 I think she's the only one of our 3 not to cry during her first bath. That's a good sign.

600th Post- Going Home

This is my 600th blog post! Perfect that it contains the pictures of bringing home our precious baby girl and starting the journey of raising 3 daughters.

We left the hospital 24 hours after Ashley made her entrance into the world.

Emily came with Daddy to help get her baby sister ready.

Dressed all in pink and ready to go home! But not before some more pics and kisses.

Meeting Ashley

The girls came to the hospital to meet their new sister Ashley after their last day of MDO.

 Ashley was just 2 hours old.

First Moments

The second you meet your child, it's overwhelming. There's a lot going on all around. Lights, nurses, doctors, family. It's hard to describe... Relief, wonder, curiosity, love.

We are beyond blessed to have this one in our family.

Butterfly Girl

Emily had her last day of school party last week. She came home as a beautiful butterfly!

she was rather sad when we had to wash it off at bedtime. In fact, I was sad- it was gorgeous!

Introducing Ashley Grace

Our 3rd precious daughter made her entrance into the world last Thursday, the 15th.

She was born at 12:38pm. 

She weighed 8 lbs, 11oz and is 20.5 inches long
