14 months old

While Daddy and Emily were napping, Kara and I took a few pictures since she is 14 months old today!

We headed out to the front yard. She tried to eat some "nature" and pick up a big rock.

See?? Big rock!

 She knows where her head is, and she says "Uh-oh!" all the time.

 Isn't she lovely?

And she's a great walker!

I love that when Kara wears Emily's old clothes, I get filled with memories of when Em was smaller.

For example...here she is 19 months old...

Dying Easter Eggs

Saturday before Easter, we dyed Easter eggs at our house. It has been decades since I've done that. But it was Emily's first time.

 She used stickers to decorate and make funny faces on them.

I think she had a good time.

Last night we made a quick trip to Bass Pro for hunting stuff. 

We girls weren't too interested so we played instead.

Say "Howdy, Partner!"

 And today we went to the Memphis Zoo so Emily could pet Mr. Ray from Finding Nemo.

 They are having a special sting ray exhibit at the zoo this summer.

Kara was too small, so we played instead....
