Somehow I missed these....

Sisters! These are from April 15th- Ashley was 11 months old....

At the Farm

We spent a few weeks at the Farm this summer with Nana & Granddaddy.

And we had a super time! 

Emily practiced all kinds of Kindergarten things on our drive there.

We caught a few perch and put them in the tub. 

You have to say "yes" to your kids every now and then. They loved this!

 Ashley ran off and found the blackberry bush- she tried to eat a few but missed her mouth!

 I asked Nana if she wanted this giant rooster for her chicken coop....

Ashley loves fresh corn on the cob from the garden!

My grandmother, her sister&husband&daughter came for a quick visit. Had to get a family shot!

 And....we spent most of our time shelling purple hull peas. Kara worked so hard and did a great job. I guess it's a good job for tiny fingers.

And of course, Ashley finally fell asleep about 20 minutes from home. How is it that they go 6 hours without a nap and then finally conk out so close to home?

It was another great visit!

The Lake

We've been to the lake a few times this summer and the girls have been loving swimming and tubing!

14 Months Old

This bright eyed girl is now 14 months old.

 She sleeps through the night, still takes 2 naps, and loves to eat!

 She has to have her puppy lovie and her paci.

 She puts everything on her arm like a purse: sisters' panties, bags, toys, whatever she can find.

She doesn't say much except loud squeals of "Eee!" or "Aaah!" I'm ready from some Momma and Dadda's. 

13 Months

Ashley is now 13 months old. She is an excellent walker, has 7 teeth, sleeps great (still 2 naps), loves to feed herself finger foods, and has only fallen down the stairs twice (oops!)

And she loves to play on our bed...

She really is just about the cutest baby in the whole world.
