Thanksgiving Pics Part 1

I can only post a few of the 100's of pics we took over Thanksgiving. Some of them have special plans in their future. But you can still enjoy some of the goofy ones. We had a great time with Matt's family.

Kara loved her 1st Thanksgiving meal. She ate peas, green beans, and mashed potatoes by the fistfuls! 

We spent a lot of time outside since the weather was gorgeous!

Class of 2002

I went to my college reunion lunch a few weeks ago. It was so much fun, seeing lots of old friends, their spouses, and their kids. I'm so glad we drove the 6 hour round trip (plus the 12 hour round trip to the Farm).

Visit to Santa Claus

We took the girls to go see Santa at Bass Pro Shop.

Kara was very intrigued by Santa. 

 Emily was a little more hesitant, even with Dad trying to help.

Emily did not want to get close, smile, or even look at the camera. She did however want the candy cane they were giving away. Can you see it?

Kara had a good time, I think.

So after walking around the store, trying to bribe Emily to smile or sit in Santa's lap, we tried again. 

Ah, success(ish)!

Sister Love - Pink

We have the greatest girls- and they love each other to pieces.

Emily cries almost every time Kara does, and when we ask her why, she says, "But I love my sister!"

42 Weeks Old

Kara is 42 weeks old today. Do you know what that means (slight panic attack happening here)? It means, 10 more weeks and she turns ONE!! Wow! This has been the fastest year.

Now, check out this sweet girl.
